Newport - New Home

Another new home that finished towards the end of 2018 is this beauty in Newport on Sydney's Northern Beaches. A steep block but a fantastic layout that we absolutely love for a rental or families with older kids. Two independent dwellings (top level and middle level) both with two bedrooms, a kitchen, living, dining, bathroom, and front deck looking over the property. The top dwelling has a backyard with a sloped grass hill and back deck with outdoor seating. We particularly love this one with a little more room to move and light coming from both the front and the back, so you can have a coffee with the sunrise on the front deck, and a beer/wine on the back deck. Open up the kitchen windows and have it set up like a bar so there are arrangements for all occasions. The Gardens finished by the Beecraft landscape team and designed by Jane Britt are perfectly suited to the property with natural of sandstone and tropical elements, as well as the Lilly Pilly hedge up the stairs on the southern boundary.
